The walls are grafittied the rubbish is strewn
The carnival has come to town
The windows still boarded the Police are scared
Last week this whole city burned down

There is no situation that they can't make worse
There is thirty-five thousand around

Past Orwell's old house with dead looks in their eyes
and Their clip-boards they march down the street

Drones to steal from you, choke you and shatter your bones
Those that can't create always destroy
